Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Messy Memories, we design products for real life—messy moments included. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Free from stains, marks, or damage
In original packaging (where possible)

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer store credit or exchanges only for eligible returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:

Store credit (via email), or
An exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability)

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

Replace the item at no cost, or
Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available

We will also cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Bundles

All items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set.

We do not accept partial returns for bundle purchases.

Sale Items

Items marked as sale or discounted are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

Store credit or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days
